The ground floor consists of living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. The 1st floor has a master bedroom, bathroom and 2nd twin bedroom. The duplex also has a large terrace on the 1st floor with seating for 6 and is ideal for alfresco dining and sun bathing. There is also a terrace downstairs with seating for 4. The spa has an indoor pool, jacuzzi;and sauna . Just 5 minutes from the complex is the Parque Aquatica which is a must for all the family and afterwards a visit to the Chinese buffet is guaranteed to satisfy all appetites. Al Andalus Thalassa is just 10 minutes from the beautiful and romantic fishing town of Garuccha with its numerous restaurants, tapas bars, shops and miles of promenade. It's a must for all the family and a great way to unwind at the end of your day. Further down the coast (15) minutes is the mountain top village of Mojacar which commands a view of the entire region and is steeped in history and has also a few bargains for Mum.

Additional information about rental rates 10% discount on all bookings of more than 2 weeks from 25 September to the 30 March 2011 if booked before the end of September 2010. Stay's of less than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning cost of £40 Prices are for the property in UK pounds but payment is also accepted in Euro's or US Dollars. Payment is accepted by English Cheques, Bank Transfer or credit card through PayPal ( Payment by PayPal will incur an extra charge of 4% ) . When booking you will need to place a refundable deposit of £100 (which in the event of a cancellation is non refundable ). This will be returned to you after the holiday (less any costs for damage). The full amount is to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. Please note that on the day of arrival check-in will be from 4 pm onwards and on the day of departure check-out is before 10am. An early check-in or a late check out can be arranged in advance suject to availability. Over Easter week minimum rental is 1 week
